Our Mission
Bain Atelier is a traditional Romana's Pilates studio that embodies the authentic principles of Pilates as taught by Romana Kryzanowska, a direct disciple of Joseph Pilates. Our studio focuses on a classic, hands-on approach to Pilates, emphasizing proper alignment, controlled movements, and personalized instruction.
Designed as a tranquil haven for strengthening and recovery, we offer a supportive environment where you can concentrate on your rehabilitation journey or overall fitness goals. Our experienced instructors are trained in adaptive techniques, ensuring personalized sessions that cater to your specific needs and limitations.
We emphasize gentle movements that promote strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Each session is tailored to help you build confidence and mobility while fostering a sense of community and encouragement. We utilize a variety of equipment, including reformers, cadillacs, and chairs. Our highly trained instructors ensure that each session addresses the individual needs of our clients, promoting strength, flexibility, and overall well-being through the original Pilates method.

Chelsea Bain
Owner & Level 5 Romana's Pilates Teacher
Chelsea began practicing Pilates — specifically Romana’s Pilates — at the age of 14. She initially sought out the method to support her training and performance in competitive equestrian sports, and quickly fell in love with its transformative benefits. Inspired by the way Pilates improved her body and mind, Chelsea decided to become a teacher herself and hasn’t looked back.
